We'll schedule a casual video call to get to know you better. If it's a good fit, you're in!

You can still join the trip—you'd just pay the regular traveler price. But we believe in you! Most guides who actively promote hit their goal. We'll also give you marketing support and tips along the way.
Nope! We're not looking for professional salespeople. We want authentic advocates who genuinely love travel and aren't afraid to share. If you've ever convinced friends to try a restaurant, book a trip, or watch a show—you've got what it takes.
Nope! We care more about your personality, reliability, and passion for travel than formal experience. If you've been a camp counselor, event coordinator, teacher, or team leader in any capacity, that's a plus—but not required.
As many as you want! Each trip is a new opportunity to promote and earn your free spot. Some guides do 1-2 trips a year, others do 6+. It's completely up to your availability and hustle.
Before the trip: A few hours per week promoting (more if you want!). During the trip: You're committed for the full duration (typically 3-7 days). There's also some pre-trip prep and post-trip wrap-up—expect about 5-10 hours total.
That depends on the trip. Some trips, guides get their own space. Other trips, guides share accommodations like everyone else (but you'll always have a comfortable setup). We'll be transparent about arrangements before you commit.
You're never alone! GroovinFly leadership is available 24/7 during trips for backup. We'll train you on common scenarios, but if something feels beyond your scope (medical emergency, serious conflict), you can always call us for support.
Generally, no—guides should be focused on the group. However, if your friend/partner books as a regular traveler (pays for their own spot), they can absolutely join! We just ask that you maintain professional boundaries and prioritize the group experience.
