Travel for Free. Lead Epic Adventures. Join the Family.
We're building something special at GroovinFly—and we want our most enthusiastic travelers to help us grow. If you love what we do, why not get paid to do it with us?
A Groovin' Guide is the heart and soul of every GroovinFly trip. You're not a tour guide reading from a script—you're a trip leader, vibe-setter, problem-solver, and friend who makes sure everyone has an unforgettable experience.
Think of yourself as the person who keeps the energy positive, helps lost travelers find their way, coordinates group dinners, handles logistics, and makes sure everyone feels included. You're the glue that turns a group of strangers into a festival family.
Your trip is 100% FREE. Festival tickets, lodging, transportation, group meals, swag—everything included. No out-of-pocket costs.
Receive a cash stipend for personal expenses—extra drinks, souvenirs, shopping, whatever you want. Enjoy the trip on us!
Become part of the GroovinFly family. Get first dibs on new trips, insider access, and recognition as a core team member.
Lead as many trips as you want! Guides often travel 3-6+ times a year—all free. Turn your passion for travel into a lifestyle.
Document your trips on social media, collaborate with GroovinFly's marketing, and build your personal brand as a travel influencer.
Guides form tight bonds with each other and with travelers. You'll create memories and friendships that last well beyond the trip.
We're looking for women who embody the GroovinFly spirit—organized, outgoing, responsible, and FUN. Here's our ideal guide:
If you've already traveled with GroovinFly (or book a trip soon), you'll be first in line to become a Groovin' Guide. We want our OG travelers to be the ones leading future trips—you already know the vibe, you trust us, and we trust you.
Translation: Book a trip now → Become a guide later → Travel free forever. Not a bad deal, right? 😉
We prioritize guides who've experienced a GroovinFly trip. Book any of our 2026 trips and show us you're the real deal!
Submit the Groovin' Guide application form (link below). Tell us about yourself, your travel experience, and why you'd make a great guide.
We'll schedule a casual video call to get to know you better. If it's a good fit, you're in!
We'll walk you through everything you need to know—trip logistics, communication tools, handling common situations, and more.
You're officially a Groovin' Guide! Choose which trips you want to lead and start traveling for free.
Nope! We care more about your personality, reliability, and passion for travel than formal experience. If you've been a camp counselor, event coordinator, teacher, or team leader in any capacity, that's a plus—but not required.
As many as you want! Some guides lead 1-2 trips a year, others lead 6+. It's completely up to your availability and interest. You pick which trips align with your schedule.
You'll commit to the full trip duration (typically 3-7 days). There's also some pre-trip prep (coordinating with travelers, reviewing itinerary) and post-trip wrap-up (collecting feedback, sharing photos). Expect about 5-10 hours of prep work before/after each trip.
That depends on the trip. Some trips, guides get their own space. Other trips, guides share accommodations like everyone else (but you'll always have a comfortable setup). We'll be transparent about arrangements before you commit to leading a trip.
You're never alone! GroovinFly leadership is available 24/7 during trips for backup. We'll train you on common scenarios, but if something feels beyond your scope (medical emergency, serious conflict), you can always call us for support.
It's a hybrid! You're getting significant compensation (free trip + stipend), but it's not a traditional W-2 job. Think of it more like a passion project with perks. You're helping us grow while getting to travel the world—win-win.
Generally, no—guides should be focused on the group. However, if your friend/partner books as a regular traveler (pays for their own spot), they can absolutely join! We just ask that you maintain professional boundaries and prioritize the group experience.
Apply now to become one of GroovinFly's founding guides. Early applicants get first choice of trips!
